At GotBak Activewear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product)
  • Misprinted or have quality issues

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Change of mind or sizing issues (please refer to our size charts before ordering)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at information@gotbak.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your location and financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
